Jason A. Davis, 30, Saco, criminal mischief, Oct. 16, 2012, in Fairfield; 18 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Shane Doyle, 28, Cornville, theft by receiving stolen property, Nov. 20, 2009, in Skowhegan, 24 hour jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Johnathan R. Fuller, 44, Hallowell, eluding an officer, failing to stop for officer, both on Oct. 1, 2006, both in Cambridge; 30 day jail sentence. Operating after habitual offender revocation Oct, 1, 2006, in Cambridge; $500 fine, 364 day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Leland M. Haney, 52, Fairfield, gross sexual assault, Sept. 1, 2005, in Fairfield; 29 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Shawn McClure, 25, Dexter, burglary, Feb. 11, 2008, in Hartland; 32 months Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.

Taylor L. Poulin, Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 15, 2011, in Fairfield; 24 hour jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christopher Sholenski, 27, Anson, assault, Dec. 9, 2012, in Anson; $300 fine, 180 day jail sentence, all but one day suspended, one year administrative release.

Charles W. Sinclair, 65, Cornville, manslaughter, Sept. 26, 2008, in Madison; 15 years Department of Corrections, all but six years suspended, four years probation, $5,000 restitution.

Julia A. Small, 37, Waterville, assault, Sept. 3, 2012, in Skowhegan; 24 months Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.

Wyatt L. Tompkins, 52, Bangor, burglary, Nov. 1, 2010, in St. Albans; 75 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Damien S. Towers, 25, Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 26, 2010, in Skowhegan; three years Department of Corrections, all but 60 days suspended, two years probation, $2,550 restitution.
