IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday, Joshua Austin, 27, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of gross sexual assault.

Curt Mercer, 28, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

Kenneth W. Imlay Jr., 36, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of obstructing the report of a crime and aggravated domestic violence assault.

Saturday, Joel S. Batzell, 64, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct and obstructing the report of a crime.

Jefferey L. Borchu, 45, of Rumford, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence of drugs.

Sunday, Brittany R. Torres, 23, of Jay, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

Alicia M. Chapman, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.
