AUGUSTA — Charges of violating a protective order and violating conditions of release against Stephanie S. Silva, 42, of Winthrop, were dismissed Tuesday in Kennebec County Superior Court after successful completion of a deferred disposition. Silva had been charged with committing those offenses March 6 and 7, 2013, in Winthrop.

Several people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in the same court:

• Joey D. Collins, 25, of Greene, criminal trespass Dec. 26, 2012, in Monmouth; $200 fine.

• Timothy A. Hogan, 36, of Waterville, trafficking in cocaine base June 19-Oct. 31, 2013, in Waterville, six year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, three years probation, $400 fine, $140 restitution; concurrent with a 334-day probation revocation.

• Eric V. Nelson, 29, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 3 in Waterville; 40 day jail sentence.

• Donald E. Roderick Jr., 36, of Skowhegan, theft and violating condition of release Oct. 4, 2013, in Vassalboro; 364 day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, $2,500 restitution.
