The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will host Essentials of College Planning for adults 19 and older. The free workshops are set for 10:15 a.m. Thurdsay, Oct. 9 and 30 at Waterville Public Library, 73 Elm St.; and 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20, at Augusta CareerCenter, 21 Enterprise Drive, Suite 2.
