NORRIDGEWOCK — Mill Stream Elementary School held a Bikes for Books presentation this past spring. The program is sponsored by the Lebanon Masonic Lodge 116 of Norridgewock. During the month of May, students read more than 4,000 books. For each book a student read, they received an entry for a chance to win a new bike and helmet. On June 8, 32 new bikes were presented.

Winner were as follows:

Pre-K: Addsion Black, Areiana Winter, Christian Ouellette and Landen Farrin.

Kindergarten: Jazmine Curtis, Dayna Robinson, Kalvin Caouette and Cody Jones.

Grade 1: Meraina Furbush, Sophia Caswell, Drake Tracey and Kaeson Hight.

Grade 2: Freya Klein, Audrey Harkins, Coltran Austin and Jacob Greaney.

Grade 3: Krystena Cunningham, Sadie Warger, Bryson Jacques and Kyle Getchell.

Grade 4: Savannah Sawtelle, Reese Danforth , Colby Tibbetts and George Chesley.

Grade 5: Devin Perkins, Abby Washburn, Mitchell Churchill and Trevor Foss.

Grade 6: Mikayla Perrault, Drew Alexson, Eli Blodgett and Devon Doran.

In addition to the bikes and helmets, each student was also presented with a bright lime green t-shirt with a list of our great sponsors who help to make this program a success.
