AUGUSTA — The Messalonskee girls soccer team got three goals from Fern Calkins to earn a 3-0 win, their first victory of the season in a Kennebec Valley Atheltic Conference Class A game against Cony.

Kassadi McPherson chipped in with an assist for the Eagles (1-3-1), while Taylor Easler made eight saves in net to pick up the shutout.

Autumn Sudbury finished with 11 saves for the Rams (0-4-1).

FIELD HOCKEY

WINTHROP 1, ST. DOMINIC 0 (OT): Emily Molino scored off an assist from Katriona Hajduk with 6:30 remaining in overtime to down the Saints in Winthrop.

Corinna Coulton made five saves for Winthrop (3-2-2) to pick up the shutout.

Taylor Bergeron made seven saves for St. Dominic (2-4-1).

OAK HILL 6, BOOTHBAY 2: Sadie Goulet and Kylee Veilleux each had two goals to lead the Raiders past the Seahawks in Boothbay.

Goulet had two assists while Veilleux had an assist. Lexi Fuller and Danielle Samson each added a goal for the Raiders (7-0).

Erica Cames had 15 saves for Boothbay (2-4-1).

BOYS SOCCER

MESSALONSKEE 5, CONY 3: James Kouletsis scored three goals, including two in the second half, to lead the Eagles to the KVAC A victory.

Messalonskee (2-3-0), which led 3-2 at the half, also received goals from Elijah Tuell and Dylan Jones.

Conner Perry scored two goals and Nate Parlin added another to pace the Rams.

Jonah Webb had 10 saves for the Eagles while Nick Robinson had four for Cony.
