AUGUSTA

Sunday at 12:39 p.m., Katina M. Paquette, 41, of Albion, was arrested on a charge of theft on Civic Center Drive.

7:28 p.m., two Augusta residents were arrested by police responding to a report of intoxicated people on Boothby Street. Joseph Ronald Vigue, 53, was charged with assault, obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Valerie Murphy Naiva, 49, was charged on a probation hold.

FARMINGDALE

Sept. 16, two people were arrested and another issued a summons during a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker on Maine Avenue. The driver, Erik Cook, 19, of Gardiner, was arrested on charges of possession of schedule W drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after police reportedly found him in possession of cocaine. A passenger, Devon Palmer, 18, of Camden, was arrested on charges of trafficking and possession of schedule W drugs after police allegedly discovered he was in possession of cocaine. Another passenger, a 21-year-old Gardiner man, was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana after police reportedly discovered him in possession of several small bags of marijuana along with $1,400 in cash. Police seized the money.

GARDINER

Friday, Cody Wittenberg, 23, of New Jersey, was arrested on charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs, possession of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in methylenedioxy-methamphetamine during a traffic stop for speeding on Interstate 295. Wittenberg was a passenger in a car police stopped after allegedly clocking it traveling 91 mph in a 70 mph zone.
