ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Monday at 7:02 p.m., Shannon Naylor, 40, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 5:48 a.m., Sarah A. MacDonnell, 20, of Concord, Mass., was arrested on Washington Street on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
