DAMARISCOTTA — Bubbling Spring T’ai Chi classes, gentle movement for health, relaxation, balance and increased energy will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main St. The course fee is $100 for 10 sessions for seniors. All others $120. Participation by advance registration only. Registration deadline for this fall’s Introductory T’ai Chi class is Wednesday, Oct 1. Minimum class size 10.
