AUGUSTA — A Waterville man has been cleared by a jury of a charge of domestic violence assault.
John S. Shaw, 50, was found not guilty after a one-day trial Wednesday in Kennebec County Superior Court.
He had been charged with domestic violence assault on March 16 in Waterville.
Shaw was represented by attorney John O’Donnell.
The prosecutor was Assistant District Attorney David Spencer.
