Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 1:15 p.m, James Kelso Coty, 25, of Burnham, was arrested on four charges of theft.

4:36 p.m., Arthur Michaels, 62, of Naugutuck, Conn., was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

4:55 p.m., Brian Hartley 25, of nason,w as arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.
