Six people were charged Sunday after police busted what they said was an underage drinking party on Cummings Avenue.

Allyssa Marson, 21, of Augusta, was summoned for allowing minors a place to consume liquor, according to a press release from the Augusta Police Department. Police said Marson was the host of the party.

Charged with being minors consuming liquor were Dylane Saylor, 19, of Augusta; Brandon St. Michael, 19, of Augusta; Bronson Kieltyka, 18, of Monmouth; Marshall Mclaughlin, 18, of Orono; Jaclyn Mulholland, 19, of Augusta, according to the release.

Police were called to the Cummings Avenue home at 1:05 a.m. on a complaint of loud noise.

“Upon arrival, officers were able to determine that there was in fact an underage drinking party in progress,” Deputy Chief Jared Mills said in the press release.

All six an Augusta District Court date of 8:30 a.m. Nov. 12, according to the release.
