IN CHINA, Sunday at 12:22 a.m., Sheree A. Buotte, 27, of 18 Casey Lane, Apt. No. 4, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 12:12 p.m., Thomas A. Williams, 67, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and possession of sexually explicit material of a minor with a prior offense.

1:39 p.m., Jason M. Bussey, 29, of Hartland, was charged with failure to appear on a contempt hearing.
