SKOWHEGAN — Skowhegan Area High School class of 1979 is planning its 41st reunion. A planning event will be from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Lake George, west. Picnic tables and grills are available. Those who attend are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and outside lawn games. Lake George has an inside event center with outside covered fireplace, picnic tables and stage. It also has hiking trails, bathrooms, boating and swimming. The cost is $3 per person at the gate.
