ARRESTS

IN OAKLAND, Friday at 9:02 a.m., Lorraine Marie Conlogue, 31, of 46 Heath St., arrested on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, on Main Street.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 1 p.m., Christopher Andrew Rush, 41, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and operating after suspension.

IN WINSLOW, Friday at 6:14 p.m., Mark Joseph Welch, 54, of 8 Village Green Road, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Bay Street.

Saturday at 1:26 a.m., Robert Loyal Dugal, 29, of 144 Clinton Ave., arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Dallaire Street.
