WATERVILLE — The cup is staying with Skowegan. The game ball, however, is going to Winslow.

Skowhegan and Winslow played to a 2-2 draw Friday night in the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference championship game at Thomas College.

The game pits the No. 1 teams in KVAC A and B. The victor gets to keep the cup and the game ball, but the Indians and Raiderssplit the spoils Friday.

Renee Wright and Lauren LeBlanc scored for Skowhegan while Miranda Gagne and Brooke Haskell scored for Winslow.

Ciera Poulin had an assist for the Raiders as well.

“It was a great game,” Winslow coach Mary Beth Bourgoin said. “It went back and forth and it was evenly matched.”

Lawrence and Gardiner tied 0-0 in the KVAC runner-up game.

“It was a wake-up call for us,” Lawrence coach Shawna Robinson said. “This is the first time we’ve been on it and it was very different.”

BOYS SOCCER

MT. ABRAM 1, CARRABEC 0: Trevor Brackley scored 7 minutes, 27 seconds into the half to lift the Roadrunners to the MVC victory.

Finn Mackey had the assist while Tristen Dyer had eight saves for Mt. Abram (9-4-0).

Trent Richardson had six saves for Carrabec.

GIRLS SOCCER

ERSKINE 2, BELFAST 2: Avery Bond and Christina Belanger each scored goals in the second half to lead the Eagles to a tie with the Lions in Belfast.

Taylor Boucher and Mallory Chamberlain each had assists for Erskine (7-2-4). Cass Ray had seven saves.

Lydia Violette and Alexis Racciopi each had goals for Belfast (3-8-2).

BRUNSWICK 3, LAWRENCE 0: Julia Champagne had two goals and Kira Wolpow added another as the Dragons cruised to the KVAC A victory in Fairfield.

Lauren Wadleigh had five saves for the Bulldogs (2-9-2) while Madeline Brescia had six for the Dragons.

WATERVILLE 1, MARANACOOK 0: Jordan Jabar scored an unassisted goal with 4:17 left in regulation to lift the Purple Panthers in Readfield. . Gabrielle Martin had nine saves for Waterville (11-0-0) while Liz D’Angelo had 12 saves for .ther Black Bears (9-2-1).
