Saturday at 9:48 p.m., Timothy Varland Campbell, 45, of Vassalboro, was arrested on charges of obstructing government administration, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a criminal summons by police responding to a welfare check on Cemetery Street.
WEST GARDINER
