We desperately need to vote with our convictions and our consciences in the election for governor.

I voted for Paul LePage in 2010 because we needed drastic change. We got too much drastic and too little change.

Twice in a row, the Democrats have nominated a politician with a long career and a short list of accomplishments. Now is not the time for more mediocrity and more entitlement.

A democratic republic depends on the wisdom of its citizens, not its political parties. Eliot Cutler respects us and has a clear, creative plan to move Maine forward. Brains, convictions and an impressive presence matter in a governor and we need someone with all three.

If you want to live in the Mississippi of the North, please choose the lesser of two party evils. If you think Eliot is the best candidate, vote for him. If you do, he will win.
