AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Kimberly J. Bartlett, 23, of Waterville, two counts of assault Sept. 30, 2013, in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, $600 in fines.

• Casey Bellows, 32, of South China, unlawful possession of scheduled drug April 29, 2013, in China; 364-day jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, credit for time served, one-year probation, $400 fine.

• Larry Earl Bowler, 34, of Monmouth, unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 2 in Winthrop; nine-month jail sentence concurrent with a probation revocation, $400 fine.

• Shane E. Gurney, 38, of Vienna, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 27 in Vienna; 14-day jail sentence, $750 fine, one-year license suspension.

• Lorna E. Hubbard, 36, of Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 28, 2012, in Waterville; $500 fine.

• Michael W. Jordan, 42, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 12, 2013, in Manchester; 364-day jail sentence all suspended, one-year probation.

• Kevin R. Clement, 27, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking March 1 in Belgrade; 120-day jail sentence.

• Haley Hanks, 19, of Augusta, operating a vehicle beyond license condition or restriction May 30 in Winslow; $500 fine.

• Marcos A. Nolasco, 23, of Bay Shore, N.Y., unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 17 in West Gardiner; 364-day jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine.

• Tarrick R. Peyton, 33, of Augusta, theft by deception March 27 in Augusta; $400 fine.

• Tasha J. Pratt, 26, of Vassalboro, operating after habitual-offender revocation July 6 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 80 days suspended, one-year probation, $500 fine.

• Scott D. Smith, 30, of Monmouth, two counts each of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, May 12 and May 20, in Monmouth; nine-month jail sentence concurrent with a probation revocation, $3,150 restitution.

• Rodney J. Strout, 35, of Chelsea, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place March 2 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

• Jasmine Swift, 25, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 12 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence all suspended, one-year probation, $1,597 restitution.

• Katherine Tibbetts, 39, of Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 7 in Oakland, 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine.

• Jonathan W. White, 40, of China, two counts of criminal threatening May 24 in China; 364-day jail sentence, all but 75 days suspended, credit for time served, one-year probation.

• Erika Willman, 25, of Augusta, three counts of criminal trespass Sept. 20-Oct. 15, 2012, in Augusta, Belgrade and Manchester; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year probation, $5,255 restitution.
