AUGUSTA
Sunday at 12:21 p.m., a 52-year-old Oakland woman was issued a summons charging her with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police were called to answer a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive.
At 1:52 p.m., city firefighters responded to a report of a smell of propane behind the police station. Augusta Fire Battalion Chief Steve Leach said the report indicated a problem with a furnace or gas line, so firefighters shut off the gas line. They were there for about 40 minutes.
2:45 p.m., a caller reported lost property on Marketplace Drive.
6:13 p.m., one person was arrested following a report of an overdose on Ridge Road. One person was transported to MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta.
8 p.m., a Quimby Street caller reported harassment.

Friday at 1:40 p.m., a Water Street caller reported receiving bad checks.
Saturday at 4:17 p.m., a caller reported damage to the Kennebec River Rail Trail.
LITCHFIELD
Saturday at 12:59 a.m., a caller from the Maine Turnpike reported theft.
12:24 p.m., a caller from Hallowell Road reported a theft.
MONMOUTH
Friday at 4:05 p.m., a U.S. Route 202 caller reported receiving bad checks.
Saturday at 8:49 a.m., a 16-year-old was arrested on Rocky Point Road on a charge of criminal mischief.
Sunday at 10:02 a.m., a caller from Blue Rock Road reported criminal mischief.

Friday at 9:26 a.m., a caller from Cottle Hill Road reported the theft of numerous ladders.
Saturday at 4:27 p.m., a Plains Road caller reported theft.

Sunday at 4:56 p.m., a caller from Randolph Poly Clean Center, Water Street, reported a theft.
WINTHROP
Thursday 10:21 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Stanley Road.
Friday at 12:08 a.m., a family fight was reported on Mace Avenue.
1:08 p.m., a burglary was reported on Clement Lane.
Saturday at 9:26 p.m., there was a report of disorderly conduct on Bowdoin Street.
Sunday at 12:41 a.m., a traffic offense was reported on U.S. Route 202.
2:10 a.m., there was a report of a weapons offense on upper Main Street.
ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Friday at 9:21 a.m. Roberson Antoine, 40, of Augusta was arrested at the Kennebec County jail, Augusta, on two warrants charging failure to pay fines.
10 a.m., Stephen Anthony Wright, 34, of Augusta, was arrested in Sidney on a charge of failure to pay fines.
Sunday Jill M. Mansir, 40 of Augusta, was arrested on two warrants on Water Street.
Thursday, Michael B. Burns, 31, of Richmond was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic assault on Wawenock Road, Edgecomb, by Lincoln County Deputy Jared Mitkus.
