ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 10:48 a.m., Lois Varsho-Elkus, 54, of 530 Hinckley Road, Clinton, was arrested on a charge of operating with suspended registration at Inland Hospital on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 12:43 a.m., Joshua Steven Laury, 29, of 144 Richards Road, was arrested on Halifax Street on two warrants, as well as charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a drug.

11:04 p.m., Anne Westrupp, 61, of 88 Augusta Road, Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant on China Road.

Sunday at 8:07 p.m., Thomas David Bouchard, 31, of 45 Main St., Apt. 2, Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on China Road.
