AUBURN — Maine drug agents have arrested two New York City residents and a local woman after a drug raid at an Auburn home resulted in the seizure of more than $23,000 worth of crack cocaine.
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency also seized a gun, electronic scales and a smaller amount of heroin in the raid.
Police raided the home Wednesday after getting complaints from neighbors about the large number of people going in and out at all hours of the day.
Police arrested 33-year-old resident Rebecca Thompson as well as 28-year-old Jonathan Banyan and 20-year-old Danish Purdy, both of Brooklyn, New York. All face drug trafficking charges.
Banyan is being held without bail, while the women were each held on $35,000 bail. It’s unclear if they have lawyers.
