SOUTH CHINA —Four local authors will share stories that inspired their books during an event set for 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, at American Legion Post 179, according to a press release from Deborah J. Hughes, Adjutant for American Legion Post 179.
Authors John Ford Sr., Mark Nickerson, Deborah J. Hughes and Roger Antilla will all speak. The evening will also feature a spaghetti dinner and spaghetti sauce cook-off.
Dinner costs $5. Those who enter a sauce in the cook-off will have a chance to win a gift from the authors.
All proceeds will support the charitable programs of the Legion Post.
