IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Joshua Rollins, 33, of Strong, was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.

Tuesday, Michael Arsenault, 42, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

Jessica A. Dudley, 22, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.

Matthew Calmin, 34, of Caribou, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

Kristopher Allen, 26, of Chesterville, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.

Marshall Smith, 25, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:30 a.m., Antonio Recardo Nobre, 38, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of terrorizing, theft by unauthorized use of property, assault and failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

1:53 p.m., Casey James Cole, 26, of North Anson, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and a probation revocation on a domestic violence conviction.
