Gardiner police arrested a Randolph woman Monday and charged her with burglary and theft.
Sally Rose Shepard, 30, made an initial court appearance via video from Kennebec County jail on Wednesday.
Gardiner Police Chief James Toman said officers were investigating a burglary of a residence on Harrison Avenue earlier in the month.
“We were able to track down some of the stolen property and found that Ms. Shepard was involved,” Toman said. He said some of the property was recovered at a pawn shop.
Shepard was located on Monday, charged with burglary and theft and brought to jail, Toman said. Initially Shepard’s bail was set at $10,000.
