There is a long tradition that words and names have meaning and power in and of themselves. Admittedly, JOY in big green letters on a takeout cup thrown on my lawn mostly has the power to move me to sarcasm.
Still, I look at the weather report from Gray, and think, could it hurt for them to try renaming it Fairweather?
