NEWPORT — Olivia Brown had a game-high 18 points as the Nokomis girls basketball team knocked off Camden Hills 59-36 Friday night.

Mikayla Charters added 14 points for the Warriors (5-4) and Sidney Moore finished with 11.

Mara Dostie paced the Windjammers (7-2) with 10 points.

RANGELEY 93, ISLESBORO 13: The Lakers continued to roll with an 80-point win over the Eagles in an East-West Conference game played at Thomas College.

Taylor Esty led the way for Rangeley (8-0) with 22 points and eight rebounds, Blayke Morin added 16 points and five assists and Seve Deery-Deraps chipped in with 19 points.

Islesboro fell to 3-4 with the loss.

DIRIGO 44, CARRABEC 43: Emma Pluntke scored 14 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Cobras, who fell to the Cougars.

Mickayla Willette added nine points for Carrabec (3-4).

Kelsey Hutchins scored 20 points for Dirigo (6-0).

FOREST HILLS 42, VALLEY 31: Linda Riley scored 13 points and Keely Taylor added nine points to lead the Tigers to a win over the Cavaliers in Bingham.

Patricia Lessard had eight points for Forest Hills (6-1).

OCEANSIDE 47, WATERVILLE 34: Jordan Jabar scored 14 points and had 12 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough for the Purple Panthers, who fell to the Mariners in Rockland.

Fotini Shanos and Mackenzie St. Pierre each scored eight points for Waterville (2-7).

Emily Gould and Kalyn Grover each scored 10 points for Oceanside (6-3).

MADISON 46, LISBON 21: The Bulldogs held the Greyhounds to two points in the first half to take the Mountain Valley Conference win in Madison.

Aly LeBlanc had 11 points and seven rebounds for Madison (5-4). Erin Whalen had 11 rebounds for the Bulldogs.

Bree Saulters led Lisbon (1-6) with eight points.

MEDOMAK 43, WINSLOW 35: Devin Fitzgibbons and Heather Kervin each scored 11 points for the Black Raiders in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference B loss to the Panthers in Waldoboro.

DIRIGO 105, CARRABEC 37: Riley Robinson led five Cougars in doubles figures with 23 points as Dirigo (6-2) buried 12 3-pointers in a rout of the Cobras in North Anson.

Tyler Frost added 14 points for the Cougars, Cameron Turner chipped in with 13 and both Gavin Arsenault and Kaine Hutchins finished with 11 points.

Will Crawford and John Vartanian had six and seven points, respectively, for Carrabec (0-7).

MT. ARARAT 46, SKOWHEGAN 39: Isaac Witham scored 28 points for the Indians in a KVAC A loss to the Eagles in Skowhegan.

Brendan Curran scored six points for Skowhegan (2-7).

BOYS HOCKEY

WATERVILLE 8, HOULTON/HODGDON 1: Michael Oliveira scored two goals and assisted on four more to help pace the Purple Panthers to a win at Colby College.

Nick Denis added two goals and two assists for Waterville (4-3), while Matt Jolicoeur, Dalton Henderson, Justin Wentworth and Ben Misner also chipped in with scores.

Garrett Perkins had the lone goal for Houlton/Hodgdon (0-5).

MEN’S HOCKEY

NORWICH 3, COLBY 0: The second-ranked Cadets (10-0-1) struck twice in the third period to break open a tight game with the Mules (6-3-2) on the opening day of the Northfield Bank Tournament in Northfield, Vt.

William Pelletier paced Norwich with a goal and an assist. Sam Parker made 19 saves in goal for Colby.
