ALFRED — A Buxton man convicted of heroin trafficking and gun charges has been sent to prison for seven years.
Dale Pinkham Sr. was sentenced this week in York County Superior Court to 14 years in prison, with all but seven years suspended. He also got four years of probation.
The 54-year-old Pinkham was convicted last month after a bench trial of three counts of aggravated heroin trafficking and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
The Journal Tribune reports that the aggravated trafficking charges stem from the seizure in December 2013 of heroin, five pounds of marijuana, cash and several firearms from Pinkham’s home.
Marijuana trafficking charges were dismissed.
