WINTHROP — Winthrop Grade School is accepting names for preschool and kindergarten registration. To register a child for the 2015-16 preschool or kindergarten class, call 377-2241, ext. 101. The child’s name will be added to a list, and screenings will be conducted in the spring, according to a news release from the school. For preschool, a child must be 4 years old by Oct. 15, and for kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old by Oct. 15.
