AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Joshua D. Carey, 41, of Augusta, illegal possession of firearm and unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 13, 2014, in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine.

• Anthony Dow Jr., 23, of Augusta, domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release Nov. 25, 2014, and assault July 29, 2014, all in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $300 fine.

• Justine Fenton, 32, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 22, 2014, in Augusta; $400 fine.

• Jessica L. Harvey, 27, of Wayne, operating while license suspended or revoked, eluding an officer, violating condition of release, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, all Nov. 15, 2014, in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $600 restitution, $500 fine.

• Robert D. James-Franklin, 24, of Gardiner, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and falsifying physical evidence Nov. 23, 2014, in Farmingdale; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine.

• Scott Perry, 37, of Clinton, criminal mischief, assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all Aug. 4, 2013, in Clinton; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, $300 fine.

• Moises Pujols, 30, of Augusta, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug Aug. 28, 2013, in Augusta; two-year jail sentence, all suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine.

• Harley M. Vinal, 34, of Randolph, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 28, 2014; 364-day jail sentence, all but 309 days suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine.
