At 1 p.m. Friday, one person was taken to the hospital for a voluntary evaluation after police responded to a report of a disturbance/disorderly conduct.

3:11 p.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported by a Whitten Road caller.

3:57 p.m., report of a theft was taken on Union Street.

5:02 p.m., one person was arrested on Civic Center Drive.

6:21 p.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported by a Lincoln Street caller.

7:30 p.m., a 33-year-old Fairfield woman was issued summonses at the Augusta Police station, Union Street, charging her with operating after habitual offender revocation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and violating condition of release as part of a follow-up investigation.

8:10 p.m., a 41-year-old Augusta woman was charged at the police station with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

At 1:25 a.m. Saturday a 22-year-old from China was issued a summons charging operating under the influence at Fowler and Bangor streets.

7:46 a.m., a 22-year-old from Windsor was issued a summons charging him with failure to register a vehicle following a traffic stop at School and Bangor streets.

HALLOWELL

At 6:37 p.m. Friday a 61-year-old Waterville man was issued a summons charging him with failure to register a vehicle following a traffic stop at Water Street and Second Avenue.

ARRESTS

At 1:30 p.m. Friday, Laura Stephanie Munford, 32, of Augusta was arrested on Western Avenue, Augusta, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

2:12 a.m., Adam Wayne Hopper, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on Bennett Street, Augusta, on a warrant from Kennebec County Superior Court following a report of a disturbance.
