IN FAIRFIELD, Monday at 12:49 p.m., Joyce Carpenter, 45, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN OAKLAND, Sunday at 1:59 a.m., Jared Jeffrey Herson, 25, of Spring Street, Augusta, was arrested on Spring Street on charges of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 4:22 p.m., George Paul Chesley, 45, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

9:56 p.m., Christopher L. Lancaster, 43, of Athens, was arrested on a warrant for non compliance with a contempt order.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 5:48 p.m., Jennifer Merry, 33, of 5 Aubrey St., was arrested on West River Road on charges of criminal operating under the influence, assault and refusing to submit to arrest.

IN WINSLOW, Friday at 10:30 p.m., Brett Allen Libby, 24, of Winslow, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault with priors.

Saturday at 12:34 a.m., Brandi Anne LaPorte, 32, of Winslow, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.
