Wednesday at 9:03 a.m., Heather Ann Almeida, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on State Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines.

WAYNE

Wednesday at 4 p.m., Melissa Alleborn, 34, of Wayne, was arrested on North Wayne Road on a charge of domestic violence assault. The charges stem from an alleged incident the previous day.
