The Department of the Secretary of State announced that online services will be unavailable Saturday so that planned maintenance can take place.
Services available at www.sosonline.org, which include corporate filings, renewal of licenses and registrations, title searches and permits for oversize or overweight vehicles, will not be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to a news release from the office of Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap.
Absentee ballot requests for the special election in House District 93 — Rockland and Owls Head — also will be unavailable then.
The website is expected to be back online Saturday evening.
