SKOWHEGAN — The Skowhegan Free Public Library and the Bloomfield Garden Club will host a free “Garden Fever Day” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at 9 Elm St., at the library.
Gardening experts will present four separate workshops. Subjects will include Garden Design, Growing Vegetables, Raised Beds and Herbs, and Perennials.

Participants should bring a sandwich for lunch; beverages and desserts will be provided. Snow date will be April 11. There is no charge to attend, though pre-registration would be appreciated, although not required.
