Rep. Stanley Short Jr., D-Pittsfield, recently presented a legislative sentiment to Michael Lynch, of Pittsfield. Lynch was awarded the Sebasticook Valley Chamber of Commerce Joyce Packard Community Spirit Award, according to a news release from Shorts office.
Lynch owns Northeast Planning Associates Inc., in Pittsfield, and is an active member of the community.
