WATERVILLE — The Seventh annual Battle of the Badges game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, March 5, in the Alfond Gym. Teams from the Waterville Police will challenge the Waterville Fire Department. DVD’s of last years double overtime game will be for sale for $10. Clinton Elementary School students will perform the national anthem, Maureen’s School of Dance will be the halftime entertainment, and Cappsza’s Pizza will hold a shooting contest from the 3-point line and half court with chances to win $50 and $100.
All proceeds benefit the South End Teen Center in Waterville. Two teens will represent the South End Teen Center on each team.
