WATERVILLE — Spirit adventure classes for children will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at the First Universalist Unitarian Church of Waterville.
With the aid of shamanic journeying, children can learn how to find their power animal, how to deepen their connection with it, and how to utilize the relationship with their power animal to develop coping strategies to solve difficulties they can face, according to a news release from the Church. Other subjects to be taught include working with energy; asking for guidance and/or support; wanting to feel safe; and getting clarification when confused.
Those who attend also will be introduced to attitude of gratitude; chakras and auras; the law of attraction; and the healing attributes of stones, pendulums and dowsing rods.
