WATERVILLE — In observance of Liberty Tax Service’s Customer Service Appreciation Month, the service is offering free tax preparation throughout March for the those who fall in the following categories:
• March 16-22: Senior citizens and anyone who has served in the military.
• March 23-29: Charity representatives and workers for nonprofit organizations.
