IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 2:58 p.m., Thomas David Bouchard, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a noncompliance contempt order.

4:06 p.m., Charles Anthony Epps, 34, of Lewiston, was arrested on a warrant and charges of theft and failure to appear in court on three counts.

6:47 p.m., Joshua Anthony Veilleux, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.

9:29 p.m., Keith Alan Newton, 45, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of attaching false plates.
