PORTLAND — Police are investigating a Portland car crash that left a 75-year-old pedestrian hospitalized.
City officials say Mikhail Slussky remains at Maine Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries received in the crash Friday.
Mary Rinehart was driving the vehicle that struck Slussky. The 74-year-old Rinehart was not injured in the crash. Police say alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the accident.
Rinehart and Slussky both reside in Portland. Portland Police Department’s traffic division is investigating.
