IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 11:18 a.m., Matthew James Flood, 29, of Palmyra, was arrested on two counts of unpaid fines and fees.

1:20 p.m., Cassandra Lynn Shaw-Howard, 24, of Newport, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

1:44 p.m., Amber Marie Curtis, 23, of Newport, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

2:15 p.m., Raymond Kenneth Ferris, 59, of Detroit, was arrested on a charge of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
