IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 10:47 a.m., Donald Carl Brickett, 44, of Fairfield, was arrested on warrants.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 4:05 p.m., Angelica Ruest, 21, listed as transient, was arrested on a warrant on Moor Street.
