WATERVILLE — The Fifth annual Walk/Run for a Life 5K will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at Thomas College Mahaney gymnasium. Registration starts at 8 a.m. A Zumba warm-up is planned for 7:30-8:45 a.m.

Proceeds will benefit Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area and L.N. Clark Inspiration Network, according to a news release from Hospice.

Preregistration is available at hvwa.org or by calling 873-3615. For those who have gathered pledges from friends and family the registration fee is waived. The cost is $15 for adults, $12 for CMS members and students, $10 for CMS students, $12 for adult teams members (five members or more) and $5 for students team members.
