Saturday at 9:51 a.m., Thorr Dennis Ellis, 20, of Gardiner, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and harassment by telephone by police responding to a complaint on Harrison Avenue.

RICHMOND

May 3, Seth Johansen, 22, of Old Town, was arrested on a warrant and a new charge of operating after suspension during a traffic stop on Main Street.

Saturday, Vaughn Scott, 38, of Portland, was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash and operating after suspension by police responding to a crash on Interstate 295.
