ARRESTS

Saturday at 10 p.m., Joshua Carey, 41, of Hallowell, was arrested on Medical Center Parkway and charged with sale or use of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.

Sunday at 12:15 a.m., Keith R. Laney, 41, of Augusta, was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant.
