Saint Anselm College
MANCHESTER, N.H. — Saint Anselm College student Benjamin Plante, of Waterville, a senior criminal justice major, was inducted into the college’s Pi Gamma Mu, the International Honor Society in Social Sciences on April 26. Fifty-eight Saint Anselm College students were inducted in a ceremony at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, according to a news release from the college.
In order to become a member of the honor society, students must be a junior or senior with at least 20 semester hours of courses in the social sciences with an average of a B or better.
Pi Gamma Mu gives students access to scholarships, networking, conferences and online journal access. The society also publishes its own academic journal, International Social Science Review.
