Friday at 12:03 p.m., Shirley Dunham, 26, of Knox, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Antelsy Bellows, 36, of 9 Ticonic St., was arrested on two warrants.
