9:17 p.m., Randy Mark Boivin, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 10:25 a.m., Steven Fernald, 25, of Waterville, was arrested on six warrants for failure to appear on five counts and administrative release.
