AUGUSTA — Here is a list of cases closed May 21-28, 2015, in Kennebec County Superior and Augusta District courts and the Kennebec Unified Criminal Docket:

Paul Fay III, 30, of Waterville and formerly of Poland, two counts of domestic violence assault, both Dec. 21, 2013, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation.

Robert Greatorex Jr., 25, of Vassalboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs March 23, 2014, in Waterville; five-year sentence to the Department of Corrections, all but 165 days suspended, three years’ probation, $400 fine,

Jordan J. Gurney, 21, of Benton, failing to display ATV registration numbers April 12 in Manchester; $100 fine.

Emmanual Hurtado, 24, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of community confinement monitoring program, both Feb. 2 in Waterville; 364-day Department of Corrections sentence, concurrent with a 17-month probation revocation.

Kimberly M. Layton, 27, of Winslow, operating vehicle without a license March 22 in Winslow; 24-hour jail sentence.

Erik Longmore, 25, of Augusta, domestic violence assault May 23 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, two years’ probation.

Michael P. Reed, 29, of Waterville, assault Jan. 1 in Waterville; $300 fine, 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release.

Paul A. Rice III, 33, of Clinton, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, obstructing report of injury and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all March 26 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 50 days suspended, two years’ probation.

John M. Roinestad, 35, of Richmond, violating condition of release Feb. 23 in Chelsea; four-day jail sentence.

Marlene Ross, 62, of Sidney, failure to register vehicle April 21 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Justin J. Wilcox, 25, of Winthrop, operating after habitual offender revocation May 24, 2014, in Wayne, and violating condition of release and criminal mischief, both Dec. 17, 2014, in Augusta; $500 fine, 60-day jail sentence.
